Why do we sell on line?
If we sold our barbecues to distributors, who then sell to dealers, who then sell to the public - - the final retail price would be very high.

If we sold our barbecues at discount stores, people who want highest quality may not find them, because they do not frequent those stores.

If we sell on the Internet, buyers can compare our BBQs and prices with other products online - - then order directly at a fraction of the suggested retail prices.

This is why we sell our quality barbecues on the internet.

How to order:

When you have compared our BBQs to other manufacturers in our compare section and examined the models and specifications found in the "Models” section, you can order the barbecue of your choice by clicking on the order button beside that model.
A page will come up that confirms our discounted price for the complete barbecue.
Note that depending on where you plan to use your barbecue, you may need to also order some mounting hardware that may not be included with your model. You can add these by clicking on the “BBQ accessories” section.
Exact dollar totals will show on your screen before you order, including shipping and taxes where applicable. You then “check out” on our totally secure-commerce page.

Secure E-commerce:
Did you know that when you order on line through secured e-commerce, we do not receive your credit card information? The transaction is completed directly between your bank to ours and we are simply notified to ship you the product you ordered. Note the secure transaction logo that pops up when you order with us. We are proud to say we have been in business since 1992.

Warranty:
All Sport Barbecues are fully warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a full 2 years from date of purchase. All Dickinson Barbecues are fully warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a full year from date of purchase.

Should the original purchaser of either of these barbecues encounter a concern believed to be covered by warranty, they should simply contact our customer service desk at 800 567 7767 for information how to handle the claim. Warranty matters are offered by and handled through the manufacturer directly, but our friendly staff is more than happy to assist. Understandably, warranty does not apply to: Compensation for loss of use; Labor, (other than repair or replacement); Damage to where you mounted the barbecue; Barbecues that show misuse or neglect. You will be pleased to know that we insure our barbecues against shipping damage, so any shipping damage problems can be rectified with the shipper.
